General Information

Before you start, Check out the File Preparation and Supported Software to familiarize yourself with the best way to prepare documents for printing. Following these instructions and tips is the most assured way of making your documents look the best.

PDF (Portable Document Format), our preferred file format
We prefer that you send us your document in PDF format. PDF files eliminate common problems with fonts and graphics and is the best way to ensure your document will be printed properly. However, it is necessary that the correct settings are applied in order to print properly in our workflow. Please refer to Supported Software and Creating PDF Files on the left to download a pdf containing screen shots of the settings we use here.

We do accept EPS and PostScript files as well as native application formats. If you send native application files, you must send all images and fonts. Please refer to Supported Software on the left to make sure that we can accept the application your job is created in.

If your application is not listed, email techsupport@engleonline.com to discuss other options. In the email please include the following information: name of publication, contact name and phone number.
