Below you will find instructions on how to prepare your files whether you supply us with PDF or source files.

1. Open the document that needs to be collected.

2. Make sure that all fonts are loaded and all graphics are linked and updated.

3. Go into Utilities > Plug-ins > Save For Service Provider.

4. Click Preflight pub.

  * If PageMaker reports any errors, you must go back and fix them in the document before proceeding.*

5. Click Package.

6. Include all fonts and graphics.

7. Click Save.

(A font warning will appear. Since you are providing the fonts to service provider it is legal to do so).

8. Click OK.

  ***Supply us with all of the fonts and graphics on disk, along with hardcopy for us to proof the pages against.
