The Rotary Club of Lancaster recently installed Tracy Lin Horst as president. Horst succeeded Andrew S. Fletcher, who became immediate past president. Horst has been a Rotary member since 1996. Joining Horst among the club’s officers are Paul D. Quinn, vice president; David E. Hosler, secretary; and Brian D. Wassell, treasurer. The club's board of directors includes James A. Miller Jr., Robert A. McClenathan, Karl Boltz, Elizabeth Groff, Regis P. Kirchner Jr., Michael P. O'Day, Charles Blumenstock, and Liz Martin. The Rotary Club of Lancaster meets every Wednesday at noon in the Farm and Home Center along Arcadia Road in Lancaster.
