Kuring-Miller  Mr. Miller and Ms. Kuring
Ms. Noelle Kuring and Mr. Chad Miller, along with their families, announce their engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Hans and Debi Kuring of Blandon, Pa. She graduated from Fleetwood High School and then earned a degree from Empire Beauty School. She is a licensed cosmetologist and has been employed at Regis Hair Salon for six years. Mr. Miller, son of Gordie and Emy Miller of Lancaster, is a graduate of Millersville University, where he majored in marketing. He now works in Reading as a property manager for Madison Apartment Group, where he has been employed for four years. An Oct. 25 wedding is planned, and the couple will reside in Exeter Township in Reading.
