Church Plans Beef Dinner
Marshallton United Methodist Church will hold a roast beef dinner on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the church, 1282 W. Strasburg Road in the village of Marshallton. The dinner is part of West Bradford Township’s Family Fun Night. Served family style, the meal will include roast beef, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, green beans, coleslaw, applesauce, a beverage and homemade pie. Readers may purchase tickets at the church office or call (610) 696-5247 to reserve a ticket, which can be paid for and picked up that night. Tickets also will be sold at the door, if not sold out.
