Ashley Carbaugh and Justin Czarnota, both of Oxford, announce their engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Lisa Ennis, Cape Coral, Fla.; Ron Hensel, Phoenixville; and Doug Mellott, Rising Sun, Md. She is a 2001 graduate of Solanco High School. Mr. Czarnota is the son of Tish Aldred-Stewart of Oxford. He is a 2005 graduate of Oxford Area High School and is employed by Verizon in West Chester. A June 26, 2010, wedding is planned.
