Mr. Ross and Miss Garner

Jack and Joi Garner, Mount Joy, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Jenna Garner, to Mr. Ryan Ross.

The bride-elect graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School in 2004 and from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2008. She is employed by Caroline County Public Schools, Ruther Glen, Va.

Mr. Ross is the son of David Ross and Cindy Toensmann, Langhorne. He graduated from Neshaminy High School in 2002 and from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2006. He is employed by Richmond International Raceway, Richmond, Va.

A July 24, 2010, wedding is planned.
