Couple Will Hold Meetings  Alan and Ellen Ives will present their music ministry in a series of meetings at Middletown Area Bible Church on Sunday, Oct. 25, through Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Beginning on Sunday, Oct. 25, Alan Ives, an evangelist, will hold a series of meetings at Middletown Area Bible Church, which is located at 2400 River Road outside of Middletown. Alan and his wife, Ellen Ives, have been traveling across the United States and Canada as evangelists for more than 20 years. Their ministry centers around Christian music. Alan was in a 1960s rock band but now only performs Christian music. He also arranges and composes music. Along with singing, Alan and Ellen perform on the guitar, harp, piano, bells, recorder, and saxophone. Alan has studied music and can answer music questions from a Biblical perspective.
