Library’s Fall Art Exhibit Set
The Mason-Dixon Public Library, 250 Bailey Drive, Stewartstown, will sponsor its fifth annual Fall Art Exhibit and sale on Sunday, Nov. 8, from 2:30 to 5 p.m. The event will take place in the library's Quiet Reading Room. The public is invited to meet the artists and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and desserts. The large, mixed-media exhibition will launch the library's 2010 art exhibition season. Each artist scheduled to exhibit during the library's 2010 season will display a sampling of his/her work in the fall event as an introduction to solo exhibitions that will be held at the library from January through October 2010. Door prizes will be awarded to guests during the event. A portion of the proceeds of all sales of artwork will be donated by the artists to the library.
