Todd Bingaman, Elizabethtown, and Barbara Kradel, Middletown, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Amanda Bingaman, to Mr. Christopher Hayes. The bride-elect graduated from Middletown Area High School in 2004. She is employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hayes is the son of David and Robin Hayes, Palmyra. He graduated from Palmyra Area High School in 2004. He is employed by Sam’s Club. A Sept. 18, 2010, wedding is planned.
