Mr. Kraft and Ms. Henise

Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Henise and Dr. and Mrs. James Kraft are pleased to announce the engagement of Ms. Amanda Sue Henise and Mr. Christopher James Kraft. The couple became engaged while on a church-sponsored mission trip in Honduras.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Rodney and Melissa Henise of Red Lion. She is a 2001 graduate of Red Lion High School and a 2005 graduate of Millersville University. She is employed as an English as a second language (ESL) teacher at Wickersham Elementary School in the School District of the City of Lancaster.

Mr. Kraft is the son of James and Carol Kraft of York. He is a 2003 graduate of Red Lion High School and a 2007 graduate of Penn College of Technology. He is employed as a civil engineer at C.S. Davidson Inc., York.

A May destination wedding with a beach ceremony in Key West, Fla., is planned. A reception will be held in June at Rocky Ridge Park in York County.
