Vendors Sought For Festival

Spring Inspiration by the Lake, an event formerly called Spring Happening by the Lake, has openings for craft vendors. The new festival for the visual and performing arts will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 18. The event will be held at the Lake Redman Activity Area, William Kain County Park, Springfield Township.

Spring Inspiration by the Lake is sponsored by the York County parks, Salem United Church of Christ, and Christ United Methodist Church. All proceeds from the festival will benefit the summer concert series in August and September.

An outside craft space is available for a set fee. A space under a pavilion is available for an additional fee, and a space under a pavilion with electricity is available for the highest fee. Craft applications can be downloaded at www.yorkcountyparks.org.

All-day activities will include live entertainment, crafts, games, radio-controlled airplanes, hands-on activities for children, hourly demonstrations, food, and prizes.
