PINK In The Park Walk Set

Power In Knowledge (PINK) in the Park, the second annual York County Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, will be held on Saturday, May 10, at John C. Rudy Park, located on Mundis Race Road in York.

Walk‑day registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. An aerobics warm‑up will take place at 9:30 a.m. Jane Rice, the event’s honorary chair, will conduct a ceremony for the pink ribbon-cutting and the walk start at 10:30 a.m.

Participants are encouraged to wear pink clothing. Interested readers may visit www.survivingbreastca.org for a registration form. The event’s proceeds will benefit the Memorial Hospital Breast Center.
