Garden Center Sets Plant Sale

The annual plant sale will be held at the Harrisburg Area Civic Garden Center, 5721 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, on Saturday, May 17, from 8 a.m. to noon.

The sale will feature perennials, annuals, herbs, seedlings, shrubs, houseplants, and special plants from member's gardens. In addition, there will be a miniature flea market with baskets, floral containers, and other items.

Anyone who wishes to donate plants or related garden items for the plant sale, may deliver them to the Civic Garden Center on Friday, May 16, at 6:30 p.m. For more information, readers may call plant sale chair Lori Ribbans at 541-0395.
