Church To Host Gospel Concert

Shenk's Community Fellowship, Schoolhouse Road, Elizabethtown, will host a concert featuring award-winning gospel soloist Kirk Talley. It will be held on Sunday, May 11, at 6 p.m.

Talley has been active in Southern gospel music for over 25 years as a member of groups such as the Hoppers, the Cathedrals and the Talley Trio. He has been nominated and awarded Dove and Grammy awards for songs he has written.

There will be no admission charge or tickets required. A freewill offering will be received to benefit a church-sponsored mission trip to Ecuador in August. For more information, readers may call Pastor Paul Fittery at 665-5243.
