Proctor-Wayman

Dr. Steve and Nancy Proctor, Poplar Bluff, Mo., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Proctor, to Mr. Philip Wayman.

The bride-elect graduated from Poplar Bluff High School in 2000. She will graduate from Southeast Missouri State University in December. She is employed by Westwood Baptist Church, Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Mr. Wayman is the son of Alan and Kathy Wayman, Downingtown. He graduated from LanChester Christian School in 2003. He will graduate from Champion Baptist College in May. He is currently employed by Sears. He will be the assistant pastor at River City Baptist Church, Cape Girardeau, Mo., after his graduation from college.

A July 26 wedding has been set.
